Win a $250.00 Sam's Club Gift Card
through our
Super Bowl Party Contest

So we're down here in Tampa to take part in a few of the Super Bowl festivities, it's cool because Eli was drafted by the Bucs so the city holds lots memories for us. It's always great to see old friends too. In recognition of this great time for football enthusiasts, Sam's Club stores are helping fans get prepped for the game by offering menu ideas and great decor tips. They have provided us with one $250.00 gift card to give away and we'd like to offer it to someone who has supported Tackle Myeloma Foundation over the years. But there's a catch! To be eligible to win this $250 gift card you have to do a little work.
Go to the Sam's Club website and select 10 items you'd need to create the ultimate Super Bowl and write a brief description (a paragraph or so) on how you'd decorate. Simple right?!
Click on the link below to check out the Sam's Club Super Bowl
Post your anwers here in my blog, in the comments section.
The deadline is
Thursday, February 5, 2009.
Make sure you provide your e-mail address, if you win, that's how you'll be contacted.

The ultimate super bowl party for me would be a night of fun and friends!. Of course, we would have our K-State beanbag out for any special guest waiting in line for some fabulous popcorn from the Gold Medal Fun Popcorn Kit being freshly popped in our popcorn machine with cart. Snacks would be galore, not to mention the Hillshire Farm Yard-O-Beef, Sadler's Smokehouse Boneless Ribs, and single serving portions of Tony's Pizzas, just to name a few. Our Danby 1/2 barrel keg cooler will be on the patio filled to the top, as well as the ULTIMATE K-State Collegiate Can Refrigerator/Party Cooler, which contains everyone's favorite soft drinks and water! And for those who maintain that somewhat "classy" touch, I will certianly have my Bunn Ultra 2-Gourmet Ice Frozen Drink System going full of Gold Medal Frusheez!!! GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Team!!

I know Superbowl should be all about the party, but I really enjoy watching the game and being able to hear what's going on. So my ideal party is actually staying home and watching with the family. That being said, I still want to have a good time! So from the Sam's website, I would start with a big cozy new Sectional with end Recliners and a new 52" Sony LCD wall mount flat screen. Need to be able to sink into the sofa and have a great view cuz it's a long game! I also saw a Vinotemp Beer Dispenser on the Sam's site. I've never heard of that before, but if the beer is cold and flowing from the tap in your own kitchen, you can hardly go wrong! I think I need one of those. And my favorite thing from Sam's.....the thing that makes the party, is always the Party Trays. I would have to go with 1 veggie, 1 wing, 1 club sandwich, 1 meat and cheese and an extra large assortment of cookies. Oh, and a gi-normous bottle of Advil because we'll need to get through Monday :)
